I cannot login on eSpace Desktop from outside the server network. The message “ Network connection failure” is displayed. But my connection to the internet works fine.

Verify that an SVN device has been deployed on your network.
Considering the connection security, configuration complexity, and user experience, you are
advised to use the SVN device to connect the eSpace Desktop to the external network. For the
deployment details, see the Configuration Cases.
If an SVN device has been deployed, go to Step 2.
If no SVN device has been deployed, the external network can be connected to the eSpace Desktop through the session border controller (SBC).
Verify the eSpace Desktop login configuration.
Check whether multiple network adapters are enabled on the PC where the eSpace Desktop is installed.
If multiple network adapters are enabled, disable the unnecessary wired, wireless, and virtual network adapters.
Verify the network connection between the eSpace client and SVN using either of the following methods:
Run the ping SVN IP address command on the command line interface (CLI).
Open Internet Explorer, and visit https://SVN IP address.
If the SVN device cannot be pinged or if the SVN access fails, verify the network connection.

Try to login again => Successful
1. Chek if SVN device has been deployed and configured
2. The eSpace Desktop login has been configured incorrectly
3. Multiple network adapters are enabled on the PC where the eSpace Desktop is installed.
4. The network connection between the eSpace Desktop and SVN device is faulty.
For accessing eSpace Desktop from an external network, make sure you have your SVN setup correctly and enter this information in the eSpace Desktop configuration.
