1. When we initiate a multipoint call from touch pad, conference control screen disappears and gives a prompt that it cannot connect to MediaX

I went into the wireless router and removed it from the internal network to the external network, I then tried to make the call but still the problem persisted, I checked the logs on the pad and the showed me nothing was wrong, I then went into the system information of the touch pad, and checked the settings and version, that when I realized that the version of the touch pad and the host is not the same. I upgraded the version of the pad, tried to make a call and from there we could control the conference from the Pad.
After I saw the web page error I checked if I could ping MediaX, I checked my wireless router setting and also checked the settings on the touch pad and all was in order.
When you upgrade the software of the all the systems using host, please make sure that all the systems are upgraded properly, double check the software version of each system after you have upgraded them to see if they do actually match.
