Issue Description

eSpace 7910 IP phone failed to get time from U1911, after configure , the time on IP phone have no change.

Alarm Information


Handling Process

1. Execute this command to check SNTP server status : show sntpserver status
2. Check the configuration on IP phone, it was get time automatically, and there no problem with the SNTP server url is U1911 IP
3. When Stop sntpserver on U1911, it remind the server is already stopped,start it again, IP phone get time successful, and problem has been solved.

Root Cause

1. U1911 SNTP server didn't running
2. IP phone didn't configured get time automatically, or IP phone have the wrong SNTP server IP address.
3. Network problem, some other device block some packet between IP phone and U1911.
