The view point 9030 had the version V100R011C02B013SP31, when the issue happened.
After check that hardware and software are ok, i noticed that there is a new avalaible version software. so i tell to customer to proceed with the upgrade of the device and see if that could solve the problem.
After make the upgrade (V100R011C03B012SP08) and restarted the device, the device was working normally. we have in observation the device for one week, customer ask this, the problem not appear again.
I checked with customer, the version software, physical cables, and configuration.
Keep all the devices up to date with the version software available.
