SIP User Staying in Busy State for a Long Time

Issue Description
On the SoftCo, a SIP user stays in busy state for a long time and cannot be released.
Alarm Information
Handling Process
1. Run the show sip parameter command to verify that the session timer function is enabled on the SoftCo, and it was disabled .

2. Run the config modify sip parameter usesessiontimer yes command to enable this function.
3. Then test again and the problem was solved.
Root Cause
1. Configuration problem
2. Both the calling and called parties are SIP users. When they encounter power outage or network interruption simultaneously, the call between them hangs.
