Handling Process

Firstly get the details of this issue.
User want to make a call via addr.book, but find the incoherent picture in the tv. The normal calling procedure should be the local terminal call the remote terminal, and the right terminal call the right terminal. So we doubt the wrong definition addr.book in the terminal. So we ask customer and let them have a try but in vain. The issue also there. So it maybe some other problems.
We ask customer to check the host and the connection status in the host. And find the unusual name which the left terminal name is R instead of L. so we login into the terminal and find the configuration between terminal and host is wrong.
main-> cm gettermconnectip
Get failed!Example:
cm GetTermConnectIP [TermID]
TermID 0:left term 1:mid term 2:right term

main-> cm gettermconnectip 0
TermID 0 connenct IP is 172.16.21.62.

main-> cm gettermconnectip 1
TermID 1 connenct IP is 172.16.21.60.

We reconfigure the settings in the host which adapt the normal connections. After that, the problems is solved
