users lost connections all the time without configuration of long-link

Issue Description

When the users visit the servers inside of the company from outside,  it would loose connection without actions for a few minutes.

Handling Process

Add configuration of long-link on firewall like below:

firewall long-link aging-time 24
[sysname] acl 3002
[sysname-acl-adv-3002] rule permit tcp destination*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*
[sysname-acl-adv-3002] quit
[sysname] firewall interzone trust untrust1
[sysname-interzone-trust-untrust1] long-link 3002 inbound
[sysname] firewall interzone trust untrust2
[sysname-interzone-trust-untrust2] long-link 3002 inbound

Root Cause

We wonder that maybe there are no configuration for long-link.  And throught the session map we found that the problem may be caused by long-link.


For some certain use the session should not be time-out, and we need to configure long-link to solve the problem.
