When download the logs in the MCU,FTPS can`t download successfully

Issue Description

Some site wants to build a FTP server and download the configurations. But failed.

Error, could not connect to server

Handling Process

Get more details first.
1. Before we start to open the software.
We find this message..
         Connection to server closed.
         Trying to reconnect in 5 seconds
         Reconnecting to server...
         Error, could not connect to server
Trying to reconnect in 5 seconds
Here is caused by the service. We just start the service. The issue is solved.

2. Customer use FileZilla Server to build a server. This version support FTPS.

3. Config relative settings in the MCU.
          ip version{0:ipv4 1:ipv6}[0]:
ipv6: 00:00:00:00:00:00
ftp server ip addr[]:
user name{max len:32}[mcu]:
user password{string, max len:32}[******]:
Info:set the Ftp server config finish!
4. Config settings in the FTP software.

It`s set the same as the MCU side.
5. Then export it.
ftp server information:
    Ftp server ip version     : ipv4   
    Ftp server ip address     :
    Ftp server port           : 21     
    Ftp server user name      : mcu    
    Ftp server user password  : ****** 
            Export type:
  100: license.dat
  102: mcu-device-config.xml
  105: log files
  151: all above
Please select type:100
But it`s failed. It has this error.

It has this error. So we should generate certificate first.

After we generate certificate the license. The issue is solved. We can export files directly.Be familiar with the tools we used.
