1. When we initiate a multipoint call from touch pad, conference control screen disappears and gives a prompt that it cannot connect to MediaX
2. We can ping the MediaX
3. Wireless router and touch pad are connected and communicating.

I went into the wireless router and removed it from the internal network to the external network, I then tried to make the call but still the problem persisted, I checked the logs on the pad and the showed me nothing was wrong, I then went into the system information of the touch pad, and checked the settings and version, the version of the Pad and the host was the same. I then went and checked wireless router setting and touch pad setting, on the wireless settings of the router I found that the Gateway I was using was the Gateway of the wireless router, so I changed the gateway to match the gateway that the endpoints were using.
After I saw the web page error I checked if I could ping MediaX, I checked my wireless router setting and also checked the settings on the touch pad and all was in order.
When setting the wireless router and touch pad, please make sure that the gateway is consistent with the one the endpoints are using, especially on the touch pad.
