When open TCM portal on browser, below information will prompt. TCM portal login fails.

There are 2 solution:
Solution1 Update TCM version to TCM V100R001C00SPC200.|7919749|7919788|9856610|8677678&pid=8677678&vrc=8773455|8773457|8773460|21075214&show=showVDetail&tab=bz&bz_vr=8773457&bz_vrc=&nbz_vr=null
Solution 2 Install TCM license patch.
a) Download TCM v3.6.01(or v3.6.02) License Patch v3.6.00.803, link is as below.!getSoftwareInfo.action?nodePath=fixnode01|7919749|7919788|9856610|8677678|8773455|8773457|8773460|9745138&idAbsPath=fixnode01|7919749|7919788|9856610|8677678&version=TCM+V100R001C00SPC100&hidExpired=&contentId=SW1000030830
b) Login TCM (CDMS) server, install CDMS patch package.
Click in order: Next - > Next - > Install - > Finish, installation is complete.

c) Check Installation Result
In the uninstall program interface of Windows, if there appears record like "Cinfin Desktop Management System (License_Patch) (BUILD2012112801)", it means that the patch has been installed.

Root Cause
TCM 3.6.01 version adds Software License feature, which will default effective without any prompts. Install or update to version 3.6.01, will cause the software automatically expire after three months. Finally cause a series problem such as TCM cannot manage.
