Device: IP Pbx U1960 V100R001C01SP100
Outgoing Calls from PRA link get blocked. When some user tries to make the outgoing call through PRA link, system plays an IVR that the "The Bill Pool is Full".
1. At the beginning the connection between the CDRServer and the U1960 was up and running. The CDR from the U1960 were being retrieved from the billpool.
2. The connection between the CDRServer and the U1960 went down. This caused the billpool to get full. At this point the calls started to fail.
Dont forget to restart the services of CDR server as without that the problem will remain intact.
Please make sure that the connection between CDR server and IP Pbx remain smooth and stable to avoid the issue.
