VM Registration Failure Caused by FeisuTudo

Issue Description

 After the FeisuTudou software is installed on a VM, the Citrix Desktop Service fails to start. The system displays a message indicating that the workstation agent service is not running, and the VM registration fails.
 After the FeisuTudou software is uninstalled from the VM, the Citrix Desktop Service starts properly, and the VM registration is successful.

Handling Process

Assign the fsapm.dll file read permission to the Network Service account.
1. Right-click fsapm.dll, and choose Properties from the shortcut menu.
2. On the Security tab page, click Edit. On the Permissions for fsapm.dll dialog box that is displayed, click Add.
3. In the Select Users, Computers, Service Accounts, or Groups dialog box, enter Network Service, click Check Names, and click OK.

Root Cause

Use the process monitor tool to capture logs about the Citrix Desktop Service startup failure for analysis. According to the log information, FeisuTudou does not allow WorkstationAgent to access the fsapm.dll file, which results in the Citrix Desktop Service startup failure.

 Each winsock program loads this DLL file, but the Network Service account does not have the right to access the file. This results in the WorkstationAgent service startup failure. The network link is as follows:
