Tecal E6000 SMM e-mail

Issue Description
Customer has two E6000 servers . Both of them are configured to send e-mail alerts. The problem is that both servers use the same e-mail address so the customer cannot differentiate the two systems when receiving an alarm .
Alarm Information
Tried to configure a new smtp e-mail address .
Handling Process
Provided him a solution . This consists in adding a new e-mail address preconfigured already in the e-mail server . Customer thinks the costs are too high to do this . Came with another solution . An upgrade to MM620 5.17 is in place that could solve the customer problem . 
Root Cause
Sent the procedure along with some screenshots to the customer . Solution is a valid one but the new e-mail address must be initially configured in the e-mail server .
Initially the customer reported the problem that he cannot change the e-mail address from which the server sends the e-mail alerts . Although we provided some indications to change and configure this in the management module a problem occured . The new e-mail address needed some preconfiguration in the e-mail server. This seemed to be to expensive to implement so we decided to advise the customer to upgrade the management module to MM620 5.17 version .
