Issue Description

Run the FusionCompute installation wizard failed.

Handling Process

Run the following command to check whether the port 5432 is occupied:
netstat-ano | findstr: 5432
The last column displays the process ID which occupies this port.

Through the Task Manager, in accordance with the process ID to find the corresponding process, confirm whether this process can be ended off. If not, replace another PC for installation.

Root Cause

Because the default port Psql services is 5432, if the port is occupied, the installation tool used by psql service will not start.
