As told by the customer they have dismantled the TP3006 system from one site and installed to another site. after that they face different problems regarding the connectivity and configuration. AMX 8400 was unable to connect with the wireless router. so when i visited the site i checked that they have done the wrong configuration of the AMX 8400 wireless settings.
After i checked the wireless router settings the gateway ip address of the AMX 8400 was incorrect as it is also mentioned in the document of TP3006 that the gateway ip address of the AMX touch panel should be the lan port ip address of the wireless router. so after i changed that ip address system should be working fine, but it was not because one thing was also wrong that network of the wireless router that they have connected was on WAN but when i changed it to LAN AMX immediatley connected with the wireless router.
The initial cause which i thought would be of the configuraiton of the IP addresses but after setting the ip address of the AMX touch panel and some other settings which was setted wrong the touch panel still did not connected with the wireless router. then i checked the settings of the wireless router as well but they were fine.
whenever such things happens try first to check the ip configuration of the touch panel and give proper ip address as mentioned in the documents. after that if still problem exist try to check the network of the wireless router it should be connected on LAN port rather than the WAN.
