[FusionAccess] TCM Alarm Generated Due to Incorrect ITA Monitoring Port Configuration

Issue Description

An alarm is generated on the FusionAccess portal, indicating that the TCM server is abnormal.

Handling Process

Open the C:\ITA\tomcat\vDesktop\WEB-INF\conf\system\SystemConf.xml file on the active and standby ITA servers, change the port number of configuration item <TcmAlarmUrlSuffix>:8443/Terminal/logon.do</TcmAlarmUrlSuffix> from 8443 to 443.

Root Cause

1. The port on the TCM server is set to port 443. The configuration file is placed in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cinfin\runtime\conf\configuration item of the system.xml file<web.jetty.port>443</web.jetty.port>.
2. The port on the ITA server for monitoring the TCM is port 8443. The configuration file is placed in C:\ITA\tomcat\vDesktop\WEB-INF\conf\system\configuration item of the SystemConf.xml file<TcmAlarmUrlSuffix>:8443/Terminal/logon.do</TcmAlarmUrlSuffix>
3. The port on the ITA server for monitoring the TCM is different from that of the actual port; therefore, an alarm is generated.
