Issue Description

The r**ding of NVR6128 stopped.

Alarm Information

Login into the system, input “cd /mrumnt/RecordFile1”, the output is “I/O input/output error”

Handling Process

Check the mount point, execute “df -h”, it is show /dev/adb mount on /mrumnt/RcordFile1
Fix the file system follow the steps:
1) Execute “umount /dev/sdb”, make sure /dev/sdb is not mounted
2) Execute “mount /dev/adb /mrumnt/RecordFile1”, check if the mount point exits. If yes, check if /mrumnt/RecordFile1 is normal. If yes, finish the operate, if not, go to step 3.
3) Execute “xfs_check /dev/sdb;echo $?”, if the file system is normal, return 0, then repeat step 1 and 2, else go to step 4.
4) Execute “xfs_repair /dev/sdb”, check the print message. If modify succeed, go to step 6, else go to step 5.
5) Execute “xfs_repair -L /dev/sdb”, then “xfs_repair /dev/sdb”, if failed, contact IT engineer, else go to step 6.
6) Execute “xfs_check /dev/sdb;echo $?” again, if return 0, go to step 7, else go back to step 5, until execute “xfs_check /dev/sdb;echo $?” return 0.
7) Execute “mount /dev/sdb /mrumnt/RecordingFile1”.

The xfs file system damage, need to fix the file system
