6030 error in FusionAccess when users login

Issue Description
One site for FusionAccess R5C10, VM cannot communicate with PC/TC plane directly. Customers deploy vAG to access VMs, but it pop-ups 6030 error in FusionAccess when users login.
Alarm Information
Handling Process
1. Field engineer can ping VMs and PCs from vAG server.

2. It is confirmed that 'access client' is installed correctly in PCs.

3. Check the status of HDC/WI/DB/vAG services  in HDC server, they are working correctly.

4. Check whether the configuration of 'Service Access Gateway' is correct in FusionAccess Portal (ITA Portal), field engineer confirms that he configures the IP address of serivce plane of vAG, it is wrong, actually he should configure the IP address of PC/TC plane of vAG for  'Service Access Gateway'.

5. After modifying the IP address of 'Service Access Gateway', field engineer login VM successfully.
