LTE card does not work on AR1200

Issue Description

Customer want to confiugre LTE service on AR1200 and he bought our AR-1LTE-L-S card. After plug into AR1200, he found LTE card is rebooting all the time.

Handling Process

1. LTE card keeps rebooting. It means that LTE service is not established successfully. On new version, it is new function that LTE card will reboot automatically if LTE service is not connected.

2. Check the configuration and it is correct

3. Check the 4G signal strength and dial failure reason

Reason=[qmi connect failed] 
////It means the user information is not correct in SIM.

Let customer check the SIM is ok or not. Customer confirmed that the ISP does not activate this SIM card.

4. Change another SIM card and it works fine.

1. LTE configuration issue
2. 4G signal issue
3. LTE card issue
