Issue Description

Problem Description:
New disk can't join raid group and the healthy indicator light is red.

Alarm Information

None.

Handling Process

Set the new disk as hot spare,then the disk will be initialized automaticly,after that,we can make array synchronization.

1: Login RAID console,then choose "RAID Properties" 

2: Choose "View Existing Array"

3:Choose "Manage Array"

4:Choose "Manage Hot Spares"

5:Select the disk,then press "Space" to set it as hot spare

6: Save and exit.

Root Cause

Due to the new applied disk has some old RAID configuration information,so it can't join the new RAID group.

Suggestions

If there is some old RAID configuration exists in the disk,we can use this method to clear the old information.
