Issue Description

Customer feedback, our videosystem can`t control in the multiple conference, it shows messy code.

Alarm Information

Handling Process

we can find how to configure the wireless router in the guide (HUAWEI TP3106&TP3118S&TP3118 Telepresence System Commissioning Guide(V100R001C06B012)

Root Cause

1. Make clear the topology of the site and the situation the customer are facing.
Customer are using the IMS topology, and the end terminal is TP3106, it`s simple standard network, customer want to have the function of control/multiple picture in the multiple conference.
2. After we know the topology, we find that in the IMS network, conference control is not our SMC2.0 any more, they are using mediax to control the conference, in fact it`s mediax just opening a web portal to PAD, there is no relationship with terminal. We know, our connection is PAD-----wireless PAD then goes into VLAN2, but if we want to connect mediax, we need use wan port then connect VLAN1.
3. After we know this point, this question turns to be simple, now it shows messy code in the pad, so we need to check the WAN in the wireless----mediax.
A. Ping wireless address from the mediax side, we found we can`t reach the WAN port
This case is caused by the network issue leading that PAD can`t get the conference information from the mediax.
B. Login into the wireless, we find that customer didn`t configure the WAN port.
Reconfigure the wireless and connect the cable, the issue is solved.

After we reconfigure the wireless, the issue is solved。We suggest us is familiar with the diagnose ways.
