After a user logs in to the XenApp application as user test01 (test01 is used as an example only), black screen occurs on the XenApp application. The same problem occurs after reconnection. However, if the user logs in to the XenApp application as other users, the XenApp application works properly.
Log in to the XenApp server as the administrator and deregister the session of the user who encounters black screen on the Users tab page of the Windows Task Manager window.
Disconnect test01 from the XenApp application and log in to the XenApp server as the administrator. Open the Windows Task Manager window and click Users.
The session between test01 and the XenApp application is not released, which indicates that the session of test01 is suspended.
Select the session of test01 and click Logoff to deregister the session. After test01 logs in to the XenApp application again, the problem is solved.
