Alarm Information

Handling Process

Solution for failure one:
Perform operations described in the following figure to configure the SSO function for the FusionManager portal.

Solution for failure two:
Configure the IP address on the Virtualization page of the FusionManager portal to be the floating IP address of the VRM nodes and use the floating IP address to log in to the FusionCompute portal.

Root Cause

The cause for the first failure is that the SSO function has not been configured for FusionManager.
The cause for the second failure is that the IP address entered in the address box to access the FusionManager portal is different from the one configured on the Virtualization page of the FusionManager portal.

After FusionCompute and FusionManager installation, you must configure the SSO function based on the related FusionSphere product documentation if required.
