After a data disk was mounted to a VM in an office, the data disk could not be queried in the disk manager, but the management portal of the FusionCompute showed that the disk was mounted successfully. The VM data showed that the disk driver failed to be loaded, as shown in Figure 1.

1. On the Device Manager, right-click XEN PV DISK SCSI Disk Device, and choose Update Driver Software from the shortcut menu.
2. Select Browse computer to find driver software.
3. Search the driver software from C:\Program Files\Xen PV Drivers\drivers\xenvbd.
4. After the driver is updated, format the disk and assign a letter to the disk in Disk Management.
The VM system log shows NULL Driver for the VBD during disk drive device loading, indicating that an exception occurred on VBD driver loading when the disk was mounted.
