Group policy to disable shutdown

Issue Description

In linked group mode if user shutdown the VM ,then he will not be able to start it from WI, if all the VMs in this group were shutdown, the users can’t use the VM, in this case you have to start the VM from FusionCompute.

Handling Process

1).Start the Group Policy Management.

2).In the console tree, right-click your domain, and then click Properties.

3).Under Group Policy Object Links, click the group policy where you want to apply this setting.
For example, click Default Domain Policy.

4).Click Edit.

5).Expand User Configuration, expand Administrative Templates, and then click Start Menu and Taskbar.

6).In the right pane, double-click Remove and prevent access to the Shut Down command.

7).Click Enabled, and then click OK.

8).Quit Group Policy Object Editor, and then click OK.

9).Right Click Default Domain Policy and mark Enforced
