2、 Collect SoftCo 9500 call logs, and check, then found SoftCo analysis the called number route failed.
[ccm.c 33180][dwCCMNo=   29] Fail to query callee number analysis table.
3、 Check the configuration of prefix 14 on SoftCo 9500, then found the parameter “If4PSTN” was NO, when SoftCo as a tandem PBX, this parameter should be YES, to allow the outgoing call pass.

Root Cause

Configuration problem, when configured a subpbx and the prefix didn’t bundling one subpbx. The value of “If4PSTN” of a prefix will be No.

Execute command “config modify prefix dn 14 if4pstnprefix yes” to modify the prefix attribute, then test and the issue was resolved.

Default the value of “If4PSTN” of a prefix is YES, only except when SoftCo have configured a subpbx and the prefix didn’t bundling one subpbx.
