Toolkit: ToolKit V1R1C03SPC100
When doing upgrade, ToolKit doesn’t have ”Upgrade” button, can not do upgrade.
Ask customer what’s the account he is used, check if it is the super user account. T Series should use admin, N8000 should use master.
Customer used normal account which doesn’t have right to do upgrade. For S5500T V2R2, customer should use admin account to do upgrade. So ToolKit doesn’t have ”Upgrade” button.
Use super user to do upgrade.
Some ToolKit button is related the device which in charge, usually, if found some function is disappear, we should check the account and version of ToolKit
