No local, remote or tabletop display video signal on TP3106

Issue Description
The TP106 when powered on displays no local video, no remote video and no tabletop display signal
Alarm Information
From host IE there is a error message that the pad is disconnected from host but pad is connected and is working
Handling Process
From the GUI of the host, login with superadmin credentials.

Click on video ports - see if there is any output or input present

Right click on videoports - control - click on left camera and then on left HD - check if there is any image on the left display. - Internal system error (error ID: {0}}

Check the alarm on the host

Reboot host - alarm still stays on

Run the following commands via SSH\telnet:

blc regread 44 0x0 0x30

blc regread 45 0x0 0x30

blc regread 46 0x0 0x30

blc regread 47 0x0 0x30

blc regread 48 0x0 0x30

blc regread 49 0x0 0x30

blc regread 50 0x0 0x30

blc regread 51 0x0 0x30

Config PCI: SLOT_11_VIVO_VO_LOGIC_U7 PCI config success !
?? Config PCI: SLOT_12_VIVO_VI_LOGIC_U6 PCI config failed !

Port 12 on the host is faulty.


Disconnect the cables from port 12 and start the TP106

Local, remote and table signal display is available on the TP106

Need to change the video board of the TP3106
