At the begining, Customer is unable to make a call.
After using the solution provided by R&D :
- change dsp busytone_detect low_freq from 480 to 470, I can make a call again.
After the issue solve, customer request :
May I know from wireshark pcap capture, how you can give the suggestion about how to read the dsp busytone value.
First, Open the wireshark Package and filter the RTP data.
Then go to :
Telephony ---->RTP------>Steam Analysis
Choose Save payload
- key in the File Name eg. Abc.Wav
- Save to any folder
-Select .aux format
-press Ok to saw the file
You can use 3th party software such as Cool Edit :
Download the Cool Edit Pro.
Install in your PC and open the Wav file.
-Point to the Busy Tone Wave, and use your mouse to move around it. It will show the Min / Max dB value.
- You can play back the selected Wave file and you will hear the Busy Ring Tone.
