Issue Description

Street lamps do not light up during the nighttime.

Possible Cause:The solar controller is faulty, the solar controller is not properly connected to the PV modules, or the load is faulty.

 1)Photovoltaic indicator flickers

Restore to default parameters with the remote control, the controller need to be replaced if it still doesn’t work.

 2)Photovoltaic indicator is always on and the load indicator is on or flickering.

Need to check the load condition. (pls take table 6 , page 11controller indictor as reference)

 3)Three indicators are always on.

The battery is undervoltage, it will be back to normal work after being charged for several days.Or check that whether the energy storage system(24V system) voltage is below 21V with a multimeter.

 4)Normal voltage of the battery

The voltage of controller load end should be lower than that of battery. The controller breaks down if there is no output voltage. Check the LED lamp and the wiring if the output voltage is normal.

 5)Street light doesn’t work several nights in a row.

The battery is in overdischarge condition after several continuously rainy days. The system will be back in normal after over three continuously sunny days.
