We can't get the VM list when accessing to the vAG via NAT

Issue Description

The VDI system is in the private network with gataway A.A.A.A, the accessing client is in the internet. Between the private netwok and the internet, there is a NAT, the mapping is A.A.A.A to B.B.B.B.
When login the VDI system with the IP B.B.B.B on the browser, the WI page can open normally, but there is no VM list on the WI desktop, the error is as below:

Handling Process

1. First, try to PING A.A.A.A from the user VM to confirm it can get through
2. Second, try to PING B.B.B.B from the client to confirm it can get through
3. Third, check the WI configuration on the FusionAccess portal to confirm if gateway setting is right

Root Cause

With the NAT environment, we have to configure the gateway on FusionAccess portal as the internet IP


On the FusionAccess portal, we should configure the service access gateway as below:
