The maximum number has been reached when login to the IVS client.

Handling Process

1. Log in to the IVS client with super user.

2. Modify the Multi-point value of the account as below. This value Indicates the number of clients that a user can concurrently log in to.

Root Cause

1. The other client already logged in with this account.

2. This account didn’t enable the Multi-point logins

Solution

Configure the Multi-login value when adding users.
