How to gather info when encountering such issue: the 3rd party failed to call TE30 via H323

Issue Description
How to gather info:
Usually we will meet a problem, we can`t feedback the main information at one time. so we have to reoccur the issue then select again.
Ex: The 3rd party call TE30 side via H323, there is no stream/can`t connect.
1. Capture the traces
2. Capture packets at the same time (if possible, capture packets in both side)
3. Capture picture in the TE30 web.
Maintenance > System Status >Call status
Maintenance > System Status > Conference parameters
How to capture traces.
Before you capture traces, I suggest you can save it as a file when doing it on CRT tool.
(1) Use SSH to log into TE30,admin/password is debug/debug or debug/Change_Me

(2) Enter the command “equiptest getsn”.

(3)Enter the command “ccm trace ccmon”.
     DM8148_A8-> ccm trace ccmon

(4)Enter the command “ccm trace info”.
     DM8148_A8-> ccm trace info

(5)Enter the command “h323 trace call on”.
     DM8148_A8-> h323C trace call on
      Open h323 call trace message!
(6)Enter the command “trace on”
     To open trace of terminal and reoccur the issue.
     After you finish the test, then print, then enter “trace off”. And feedback the file.
