Our field engineer try to load FusionAccess license, it returns that the license count is small than the exist one, which is a temporary license. When he click the force load button, the system just give no response. So he cannot load the permanent license.
The browser is IE 9.0, and the language is English.
1. The FusionAccess portal returns that the license count is small than the exist one;
2. There is no response when loading the FusionAccess license.
1. Login license server by root user, run the command "service LICService status", find the license server status is OK.
2. try to use other browser, etc. firfox, but also no reponse when clicking the button to load license.
3. Use another PC to open FA portal and it's not OK.
4. R&D do the troubleshooting in the lab, find it works ok when the IE language is Chinese.
There is a bug if the brower language is English, no response when you load the FA license.
