Issue Description

NTP configuration 

Handling Process

checked the time on IP-Phones and tehre is no syncronization btween them because the NTP is not configured

Root Cause

NTP was not configured before

Solution

1-Config the system time :
                [config system date <yyyy-mm-dd> time <hh:mm:ss> ]
2-try to add the following command
[configure SNTPserver port 123 ]
   After configure, use command [ start SNTPserver ]
3-Adjust the time zone on the IP phone and check the time on he IP-Phone.
