Ring Tone problem

Issue Description

  • • Customer have two account for operator and secretary
    • this two account doesn’t have a ring tone , after they receive call internally or externally it just flash on , no ring tone

Handling Process

  1. 1. we check the phones --> fine
    2. check another accounts --> fine
    3. check this account on another telephone set --> the problem still exist
The Problem on the accounts 

Solution



apply the below command on the faulty accounts

Config modify subscriber dn XXXX ringtype 255
