Issue Description

U1911 fails to boot.

1. Check if there has been any upgrade attemt in the past.

Yes - Customer tried to upgrade the device, but the device lost power in the middle of the upgrade, so the upgrade failed. Then it could not boot up again.

2. Try to upgrade the device again using the console cable method. Details can be be found in the Upgrade guide.

After the serial upgrade, issue was solved.

Suggestion: Before starting to upgrade, check the type of the SCU board from the console output, if it is SCU or SCUB. You will have to modify the switch.dat file to upload the correct file (either scu.bin or scub.bin).
