It is failed to discover the device due to the communication problem.
We have to check the important points as below:
1. Check if the PC with ISM Servicetool is the same network as storage device.
2. Check if firewall and antivirus of the PC are closed. Otherwise ,please close them.
3. Check if WinPcap is installed well. Otherwise, reinstall WinPcap, whose path is \lib\ethernet\WinPcap_4_1_2.exe, such as C:\Huawei OceanStor Toolkit\lib\ethernet\WinPcap_4_1_2.exe for Win7.
4. Ping the NAS console IP with a long time to check if there is lost package.
