Collecting the S.M.A.R.T Information of All Disks

Issue Description

Customer needs to identify the potential risk of disk failure in storage center. SMART procedure sent in order ro check all the disks from his storage.


Here is the method to collect the SMART information for disks:

1, login the storage with admin/Admin@storage
2, and issue command “developer”
And then input “debug@storage”as password if requested
3, Then issue “minisystem” to enter the minisystem model.
4,  issue command  “disktool –f A” and send the output to us.

Because there will be a lot of output, please set the output in one file. For example, if you are using putty, please set like below.
