the wrong setting of time zone cause the time in bir report wrong

Issue Description

after finished the installation and commission of espace cc ,customer export the report of call information ,but they found that the time of bill all were wrong

Alarm Information

Time of bill were wrong .

Handling Process

analyze the time we found that ,all the time of bill is same with time zone of GMT+8 ,so maybe the worng time zone cause this issue .
we check the time zone in UIDB ,with command :select * from t_dbtimezone t , and found that the time zone was GMT+8
 we modify it to the same timezone of customer .

we check the timezone setting in bir report system ,and find that customer didn't configure the time zone for report .

in configure report ,we modify it .

after this ,when we check the bill in report ,all the time were correct now .

Root Cause

the wrong configuration of time zone cause the time of bill in report wrong .


modify the time zone in both UIDB and bir report .


when we install the UIDB and report ,we should follow the product document to modify the timezone .
