The VM IP address is obtained successfully, but can't register with the DDC success, and Ping OK from VM to DDC.
Alarm Information
the following error is recorded in Windows application logs:

The Citrix Desktop Service cannot connect to the delivery controller ''s domain DDC name):8080/Citrix/CdsController/IRegistrar' (IP Address 'xx.xx.xx.xx')

Check that the system clock is in sync between this machine and the delivery controller. If this does not resolve the problem, please refer to Citrix Knowledge Base article CTX117248 for further information.

Handling Process
1. The VM could register to DDC and 1018 error code could found in windows application logs.
2. Check the windows firewall and found the firewall was open.
3. Close the windows firewall, and restart Citrix ICA service, then the VM could register successfully to DDC.
Root Cause
The VM windows firewall is open, so block the communication ports between VM to DDC.

Close windows firewall in VM.
Open Control Panel, select windows firewall; choose to turn off windows firewall.  More details you could find by google searching.
