Failed to obtain device information when adding using SMI-S
Handling Process
1. Check connectivity between eSight and S5500T. Ping test passed.
2. Check version compatibility between eSight and S5500T. Found to be compatible
3. Check SMI-S service on S5500T. SMI-S service activated on S5500T
Use REST Protocol instead of SMI-S as a workaround.
