The customer received this alarm in ISM "System Disk Is Faulty or Removed"
After I checked event logs I found that the SYSTEM DISK 1 is faulty. This disk must to be replaced asap.
A replacement with a new disk is mandatory - asap.
Replace the faulty disk asap.
The two system disks cannot be removed simultaneously. If both system disks are removed, the device can’t work correctly.
After a system disk is replaced by a new system disk m data on the new disk will be reconstructed . the reconstruction process take few hours (about 2 hours). During the reconstruction, do not remove the normal system disk, otherwise the device can’t work correctly.
When removing a system disk module, disconnect the connector first and wait 30 seconds before removing it from the chassis.
