Diskspace used up caused incomming calls released with out announecment

Issue Description

CTI 3.5 C50SPC004 + UAP3300 V100R002C06SPC600.

This system unning smoothly for more than 1 year. It crushed suddenly someday: outgoing calls are working but incoming call will be released without any announcement.

Handling Process

1. Check the trunk status of UAP3300, result as below. From the result we know the trunk is working.

3. From the result we know the fileserver connection status is WriteWarn (wirte failure). After checking the file server, we found the disk space was used up by voice ** (:\share\voice\1\0).


Advice customer movie the old  files to other storage. Then the service was recoveried.
