In my case the request from customer side was : How to reset to factory settings our NAS volume ?
If the client wants to reset to factory settings the NAS volume, he have to follow the below steps:
For the file engine initialization:
1. Using a serial cable to connect to the file engine
2. Using support account login NAS password support@storage
3. Running the below commands:
/opt/HS/scripts # ./clean_hs.sh
/opt/VRTSnasgw/scripts # ./cleanup.sh
4. Running the below command to reboot all the file engine nodes.
After you finish all above steps, you can use the toolkit to deploy the system again.
