One Digit of the Calling Number Lost When the SoftCo Places a Call Through ISUP

Publication Date:  2015-07-15 Views:  421 Downloads:  0
Issue Description
One digit of the calling number is lost when the SoftCo places a call through ISUP.
Handling Process
Step 1 Run the show protocol isup command to check whether signal type is set to china_no7. If not, run the config protocol isup office <0-254> signaltype china_no7 command to change the value of signal type to china_no7.

Step 2 If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.

Root Cause
The calling number sent by the SoftCo does not end with an F.

(The national number transmission standards are modified based on the international industry standards. That is, the calling number must be ended with an F. If the end digit processing of the calling number on the SoftCo is different from that on the peer device, the calling number is displayed improperly.)
