Issue Description

When the SoftCo connects to the IMS, the SoftConsole cannot forward a call initiated by a SoftCo user to an inter-office user and the system plays an announcement indicating that the call cannot be connected.

Handling Process

Step 1 Enable the multiple call function for the long number corresponding to the SoftConsole on the IMS.

Step 2 If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
