IP Phone eSpace 6805 Failed to be added on eSight

Issue Description

Version Information:

eSpace 6805 V100R001C03SPC400
eSight: V300R002C00SPC300

Problem Description:

After setting the TR-069 parameters in the IP phone, and adding the same subnet in eSight which matches the IP Phone IP,  its still not discovered by the eSight in the following page.

Handling Process

We have capture the network packets by making IP Phone's PC port as "Mirroring port" using wireshark, and send it back it GTAC. After analyzing the packets, we came to know that eSpace 6805 IP Phone does not support TR-069 authentication with current version of eSight. but as the eSight version was the latest one so we cant downgrade it to the lower version because there were also other devices in the network which were connected with eSight. So ultimate solution is to disable the TR-069 Authentication in the eSight! Just Close the authentication instead of opening it.

Root Cause

Even IP Phone espace 6805's latest version V100R001C03SPC400 does not support the TR-069 authentication with the eSight version which is also the latest version V300R002C00SPC300  of eSight.

Solution of the issue is a workaround i.e. disable the TR069 Parameter in eSight as mentioned above.After that you can find the IP Phone 6805 online in eSight!
