Failure to Play an Announcement Indicating that a Call is Being Forwarded During Call Forwarding

Issue Description
Users cannot hear the prompt tone "The call is being forwarded" during call forwarding (CF).
Handling Process
Step 1 Run the show softargu command to view the value of software parameter 270. If the displayed value is 0, the prompt tone is not played. Then run the config softargu type 270 value [1] command to set the value to 1.

Step 2 If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.

Root Cause
Software parameter 270 is incorrectly configured.
