After the SoftCo restarts, the CPU usage immediately soars to 95.4%. As a result, a large number of users cannot register with the SoftCo.
Step 1 Run the ping command or capture network packets to verify that the network between the IAD and SoftCo is normal.
Step 2 Run the fpga show limitflux status command to check whether the SoftCo has configured flow control of registration messages. If yes, verify that the flow control threshold is proper. The default value is 0x32. If the value is not 0x32, run the fpga set limitflux protocol sipreg flux 50 command to change it to 0x32.
Step 3 If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
The possible causes are as follows:
1. The network is faulty.
2. Data configurations are incorrect.
